This is the first in the series of 10 minute posts, they are going to be short, sweet and identify an issue I’m facing. The truth behind iPhone repairs is that they are highly overpriced, if you are unfortunate enough to break your iPhone LCD or crack your screen, then you can be out upwards $200. Some places even refuse service and require you to purchase a brand new iPhone.

Fortunately for me my one came back from the shop today in relatively mint condition. It still has the prominant scratches of me digging into it with my knife triyng to pop the LCD out. Oh well, all in good fun I guess. Basically, what I’m trying to say is iPhone repairs are through the roof and I can see why. It’s a major hassle fixing it yourself and honestly just pay the extra $200 and get it repaired professionally.

Speaking of iPhones it seem as though today was the day that the App store hit it’s 1 billionth download, yes. That is 9 zeros. Ridiculous, just think how much money they are making!
